The shortlisted submissions will be exhibited during the Art in Woodstock festival, which runs from Saturday Oct 23^rd to Sunday Oct 31^st, and the winning piece will be used as the front cover for Limited Edition magazine, with the five runners up also featured in the magazine. Shortlisted photographers will also be invited to a presentation award evening to be held at The Marlborough Grill, Woodstock on Saturday Oct 30^th.

The rules for the competition are as follows:

• Entries are restricted to one image per person
• Competition open to Amateur Photographers only
• Entries will be accepted from 1st June to 30th September 2010
• The picture which can be a Colour, or Black and white, photographic or digital print has to be submitted in a 12 inch x10 inch (external dimensions) white mount – all pictures in mounts are non-returnable
• Each entry should be clearly marked on the back of the mount with the entrants:- name, address, age, occupation, type of print, camera used and any other relevant technical information
• Please send a clearly labeled disk with a digital file of your submitted photograph in a high res (300dpi) tiff format which for the successful entrants will be used for publication in Limited Edition Magazine, those and other entries may be put on the AIW website
• The winning entries will be announced and featured on the AIW website during early October
• The winning photograph will be used on the front cover of Limited Edition Magazine
and the 5 runners up will be featured in Limited Edition Magazine
